Your Laughter Guides

Lauren Goldin of Modern Mirth is a Certified Laughter Yoga Teacher and Ambassador. She leads from the belief that, before going out to face the world, it helps to tune up your machine (find a state of lightheartedness and oxygenate your system). Lauren offers 1-on-1, community and workplace Laughter Yoga for stress relief and consciousness expansion.

Nicole Pontelandolfo of Funky Buddha Yoga is a traveling instructor who conducts sessions in nature, helping to restore inner balance and harmony. She's a Certified Laughter Yoga Leader and Ambassador, sharing joy and smiles with people of all ages around the globe. Nicole provides wellness packages and tailored sessions focused on personal development and joyful living. She serves a diverse clientele, including schools, businesses, assisted living and memory care facilities, neurodiverse groups, communities, as well as offering various training and workshop opportunities.
