Laughter Yoga travels led me to the lovely bubbly Kathy Bademan near the South New Jersey beach!

Kathy's genuine enthusiasm is contagious and she is a true gift to her community and beyond. Cheer on Kathy during her next exciting venture --> being a contestant for the American Laughter Championship happening TODAY Saturday May 25th.

I was able to join Kathy on two occasions. The first at New Jersey's Youth Suicide Prevention Summit where she led 4 sessions to hundreds of teenagers. The second a laughter yoga session at her community clubhouse. Kathy even gave me a tour of historic Smithville in which we played hopscotch and she shared fabulous stories of childhood memories by the carousel.
